This hotel is shabby, moldy and filthy. This should not be offered on Hotels.com I have photos but don’t want to gross everyone out!!!!

Accidentally pulled into the wrong Motel 6 directly across the road, which did not seem safe at all. The front desk guy seemed surprised that anyone would stop there or make a reservation, commenting that the cleaning person didn't show up today and that there were no clean rooms. The correct Motel 6 seemed slightly better, but things still seemed in shambles. I was given a key and then shown to my room and asked to check it out and see if I'm okay with it... I've traveled a good amount for work and I've never once had any place do this. My card didn't work, so the worker used their key. The room was... Not well maintained, but seemed clean. I was told that they would have to reprogram the door, and it all seemed a little odd and I just didn't feel comfortable. I ended up cancelling and finding lodging elsewhere.

Comfortable but well worn.

Room was basic and comfortable, but missing some essentials like a garbage can. The place needs some major upgrenovationrades to bring it up to even Motel 6 standards.

We arrived at the hotel late (midnight) after a long day. The desk clerk explained that the room cleaners were short staffed and our room wasn’t ready. He said he would need 20 minutes to clean it. Then he came back after being gone 10 minutes or so and said there were no rooms with 2 beds left. We had reserved a 2 bed room. One bed would not work. So we had to scramble after midnight to find another place to stay. This hotel should not be on the Expedia list!!!! It was totally not acceptable!!!! The lobby was cold and dirty. I never did see a room.

Do not stay here

This was easily the most disgusting room I've ever seen in a hotel. The entire property was run down and had all the typical signs of activity that is not family-friendly or safe. Windows were broken, holes in the ceilings, stains all over walls and beds, locks missing, and many people just meandering around both inside and outside of the building. All in all just a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience, but the staff at the front desk were at the very least cordial and kind.

Terrible stay at Motel 6.

I hate leaving poor reviews but I would never stay at Motel 6 ever again after this stay. After we checked in we were told about frequent break-ins to cars in the lot and some of the rooms. The room we stayed in looked broken into and vandalism on the walls surrounding the room. Our room cards did not work two separate times after activation. As for the room, we paid for non-smoking and a fridge and didn’t get what we paid for; there was no fridge and the room reeked of marijuana. When we tried to open a window to ventilate the window was cracked and boarded up with wood so it wouldn’t slide open. We sat on the bed and there were holes in the sheets. We checked around the room for more problems and noticed how uncleanly the sink was with toothpaste and hair in it. The floors were also dirty. We received no shower towels or soap and the shower had a vent on the wall next to our bed that was leaking out smelly water. We brought in sleeping bags to prevent sleeping in the unkept bed as well as all of our gear from the camping trip my girlfriend and I were on to prevent our belongings from being stolen from the car. We brought our complaints to the front desk the next morning and demanded a refund which the employee at the front desk said they couldn’t help us. I would still like a refund for this stay for how awful it was.

Unfortunately, the owner/manager is trying to keep this open while trying to remodel/refurbish by himself. Which we felt bad for him for and give him kudos in trying to do so: However, we had a reservation, and yet the only room available needed cleaned and a new faucet for the tub. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, he finally offered us a refund, and we went to the one next door EconoLodge, which wasn't a great deal better. Bad experience.

Horrible, horrible stay!

This hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly filthy throughout, towels and trash lying in the hallways throughout, the smell of mold, musk, and mildew. And of course, marijuana. The stairs between the floors were in poor shape, the walls needed painting, ceiling tiles were missing. Two of the side entrance doors would not lock. And the fire suppression system was out of service at the main panel in the lobby. As far as my room, the side adjoining door would not close or lock. Only warm water, never received room service, as far as towels or toilet paper. Kids running up and down the hall in the middle of the night. Twice during my week long stay, I had the front desk employee knocked on my door, once at 11:30 at night, and the other 2:30 in the morning, said he was checking, that this room should be empty. One he tried to enter my room while I was sleeping, but I had the safety latch on. I never give bad reviews, but this was a horrible stay. Absolutely horrible. It’s worth spending another $30 or $40 a night and get a decent room in Billings, Montana. That building should be condemned.

stay away! in 15 years the worst place. rooms smell of cigarettes. Dog hair everywhere. rooms are in very bad condition. fridge was freezing and almost screwed our medication. staff tried there best, but please teardown the place.

I had made reservations at this motel. When I arrived there was an african-american man listening to music with air-pods, who had his hand down the front of his pants, who deliberately stood directly in my path, making me walk around him in order to go into office. I am an older lady who travels alone and I can protect myself but this was unnerving. When I got inside and told the front desk clerk I had a reservation, he told me he had no rooms and that the hotel was over booked. He simply said "I'm sorry". I told him I had a reservation and he repeated that he did not have a room. I had to find another hotel through another website, paying $60 more than original booking. I called expedia when I got in to new room. They asked if they could get me another hotel, which, i declined. They were helpful and able to stop any billing for the reservation made at this place. I am very disappointed with the whole booking process and am doubting if I will use expedia in the future.

This property is filthy: vomit on the wall, stained sheets, sticky floors, holes in the curtains...the list goes on. The key card was unnecessary as the door didn't even lock! The back part of the building was a haven for squatters, windows were broken, the parking lot and hallways were disgusting; a perfect place to go if you wish to OD or hire a prostitute. We stayed less than 30 minutes and found a different hotel. This location is unsafe and should not be listed on Travelocity.

There were no rooms even with a reservation. Had to wait almost three hours to get our room. No tv. Floors were in bad disrepair. Shower was falling apart. Water temperature was either boiling or freezing. Still no pool after five years of staying there in the past. The hotel is almost in unsanitary condition. Staff was great and did what they could. Most of the rooms are blocked out as unusable guessing. This place needs a total gut and remodel. Probably won't be staying here on my next trip
