Plus: The staff was beyond helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the parking was convenient. The location is easy to reach off the highway. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. Cons: in need of maintenance. Big hole in carpet, spackle on wall repair not painted. Desk chair was defective, the level mechanism was broken, so the seat was about a foot off the ground. The laundry machines were not working. Biggest Plus: Horse Cave's Hidden River Cave is only a few minutes from the motel. It's a must-see!

Unfortunately, my stay was NOT enjoyable. There were people up late into the night (Wednesday). The Cable was out. I found it out in my room. I complained, WHY didn’t they tell me that at Check In? A $50 CASH fee is held and is returned in the morning. Not sure why. They didn’t check my room before I left. It’s just an inconvenience. I found roaches in the bathroom. Disappointing…

When I pulled into the parking lot, there were a lot of people hanging around the parking lot and up on the balconies. Some of them were hooting at my son and I. I felt very unsafe. We walked into the room. It was filthy Stained gross. Even though I could not get a full refund and at the time, I didn’t even know if there was in Hotel with openings near us I canceled my stay paid the one night that I was regard to Pay and left and found a safer and Cleaner hotel.

Absolutely gross

This property is in terrible repair, and the rooms are disgusting. It appeared that it has not been vacuumed maybe ever. Mystery substances everywhere. Cobwebs all over the place. It is just absolutely disgusting. We stayed the first night because of the late hour that we arrived with exhausted teenagers, but did not stay the second night that was reserved. Employee stated that they were not allowed to spend any money to update and that she didn't blame us for going elsewhere. This place is so terrible that it really should be shut down. I've always experienced reasonable accommodations for the price with Quality Inn, but this place does not even approach their standard. I highly recommend that you spend a little more and stay in a place that's decent.

Choice Hotel stay

After checking out the room, we did not stay in this hotel because of bugs we went to the front desk and they changed our room. The second room also had bugs and we could not stay in the hotel.

The worst hotel I’ve ever experienced, SO DIRTY

The room was disgusting! There were several spots of blood on the walls, yes BLOOD. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in months, the ceiling was literally falling into the room in one corner. There were a few broken windows on a few of the. other rooms and they had just covered the broken spots with tape. It smelled absolutely horrid. We walked into the room and immediately walked back out to go to the front desk and ask for a refund. They had a man that was “security” walking around the property. He was in jeans, a black shirt and black sunglasses. As we were getting back into our vehicle to leave he was walking around taking photos of everyone’s license plates. I’m sure had we stayed, we would have found many other issues.

Not as bad as it looks. Great for price.

Pros: bed was super comfy, hot shower, nice water pressure, good pool, waffles for breakfast, ac worked great. Staff was friendly. Bad: rundown, almost looks abandoned from back, old bar soap in shower, dirty floor, no towels in room.
