Room is very dirty. Torn ceiling. Mold on the ceiling and side wall. Dirty bath tub with rust. This property shouldn’t be in the Expedia selection list.

Lady at front desk was very nice. But did initially try to book us in a corner room and she stated that they are much smaller than normal rooms so we asked if we can switch she agreed. The rest of the experience was terrible. Our room was dirty! Dust and cobwebs in all corners no trash bag and our bathroom trash can. There was a clothing tag left on the floor. Drywall and peeling paint throughout the room. TV stand head major wood damage. The white curtain in the window had a tear and had paint on it. I assume from a previous remodel. The guest check in area had damage ceiling tiles. Parking lot had weeds growing up out of the concrete and other landscaping had tons of weeds. Online photo do not match the current conditions. At the checkout desk the morning after our stay The system didn't show that we even stayed in that room nor did our card show up on file. I demanded a receipt for the stay for tax purposes. The receipt I was given was for a different price and under somebody else's last four card number. Exterior of this hotel has foundation cracks, peeling paint, other flaws. Not worth 89.99 + fees and taxes. !!!

Supposed to be a non-smoking room but WREAKED of cig smoke. Whole floor by the AC was flooded. There wasn't a TV remote so I went to the front and had to wait about 30 minutes before I was even addressed because there was so many people in there disputing charges or wanting to change rooms because theirs was so bad. Once it was my turn they didn't know where the remotes were so she had to call someone but that person wouldn't be there for another 15 min. Went back to the room and noticed more nastiness in the room. Once I was finally able to get a remote, it had to be programmed and didn't have batteries in it. This wasn't worth $50 let alone the 100 I paid. Told them I would be disputing the charge if they didn't refund us like I saw happen to others in front of me. I was told I would be getting reimbursed within 3-5 days but nothing yet

Pillow had makeup on it, lock to bathroom broke, bed was broke in half and had to have two people to compinsate the weight. Cracked ceiling. Hole in bathroom wall and what looked to be poop on the phone cord. Sheets were not clean and comforter was stained. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The lady at the front desk was super nice but when we walked into our room we were met with a very disturbing feel and look of the room. Curtains were shredded at the bottom, rust in the bottom corners of the shower, leak stains on the ceiling, stains on the bed sheets, bugs hanging from spider webs on the corner, wall repairs needing work and paint, shower chair with stains, and a loud cricket in the bathroom. Safe to say we dropped our keys off and left to go to a different hotel. Pictures from the hotel page are fake and definitely photoshopped to look nicer than what it really is.

The staff is ok but the place is run down and shouldn't even be open. I won't even stay in another hotel under the same name again if this is how they allow their place to look

There were stains on sheets the lights flicker in the bathroom, there was dust, dirt, and hair all over the floor. The shower disgusting. The AC unit leaked. There was a hole in the door frame you could see outside. Overall a really bad experience.

NO HOT WATER The place is a little run down, not as nice as the photoshop version on Expedia. The woman at the front desk was apologetic and doing the best she can. But NO HOT WATER. Owner will not respond to phone calls or email. I find out about NO HOT WATER at 11pm as I am getting ready for bed. What are you supposed to do? The establishment knew about this at least a few days prior to my arrival, apparently they hope not too many people will complain. Would you book a room knowing there was NO HOT WATER? Really a bait and switch, Expedia should remove this listing and not put it back until it’s fixed. Really unbelievable. NO HOT WATER And they knew about it ahead of time. Requesting refund. That is all.
