Great Family Hotel

This is a very nice clean hotel that is close to everything. Breakfast was ok and the pool and hot tub were both great! I definitely recommend this hotel!

This property is very convenient to all that Brainerd/Baxter has to offer. Easy in and out. We stayed in a suite and it was incredibly spacious with a kitchen, snack bar to sit at, couch and two chairs. It was like a mini-apartment. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Disrespectful staff, dirty floors especially bathroom, gunk on the iron which damaged my dress for the wedding I was going to in a couple of hours. When we shared it with the front desk I was told thank you for letting us know and there was no shower curtin in the bathroom.

Not being from the area I originally booked into the Quality Inn in Brainerd as that was near to my cousin's memorial. When I arrived, they had no power and didn't know when it would be coming back on. I booked last minute into the Baymont and it was so nice! Clean and pretty. The staff was so kind and accomodating but I was told that the hotel was booked for the rest of the weekend. The next morning I found that my original hotel still didn't have power so I went to the front desk of the Baymont and miraculously, someone had canceled. The woman at the desk had me in a new room in minutes. My second floor room had a balcony, hardwood floors and a view of the trees in the back of the hotel. It was so lovely that it was hard to leave. Thank you so much for rescuing me. I love your hotel! I don't know if I will ever be back, but if I am, I will definitely stay here.
