In addition to four large bedrooms and a home-gym, there is a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room that seats 12, and a great room with a wood-burning fireplace. Step out onto the deck to our outdoor livingroom and enclosed screenhouse. There is also a 30'x 50' river rock playground and treehouse for the kids and a large pool with a 75' lap lane for swimming. Brookhaven is a short drive to the beach, a train ride away from NYC and just close enough to wine country to make a drive out to Montauk or the Hamptons a day-trip.
