This is a golf resort setting including rooms in a lodge and cabins. I stayed in one of the six lodge rooms. I did not use the outdoor pool or hot tub, but both were very nice with good outdoor views. A very good facility for the cost.

This will be my go-to place to stay in Brownwood. Friendly staff and great service. The restaurant is amazing as well. Beautiful location on golf course. Highly recommend.

Property is ok, definitely cater to the golfing community. Absolutely impossible to get a coffee before 6:30 am even in your room. Property will cancel dinner service for paying guests to accommodate private parties. This is a problem due to the location. Fishing is not as advertised. Ceiling fans are inoperable and ac units work on and off. You must walk long distances to cabins without luggage carriers. Just not for me.

Ok, but not worth the price. No amenities in room.
Staff was nice. The room was ok, beds were good. No coffee maker, fridge, microwave or any other amenities. The desk is not 24 hours and no one available after hours for anything. Shampoo and soaps are tiny and not for multiple people, probably could have asked for more, but no one was around at night. Pool looked nice and golf course looked ok. Not worth the price.
