Michelle at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The building is a bit out dated, but it was nice and clean and comfortable. The air was hard to control. It is a little window unti. It is a cute little place.

The property was very clean and loved the grassy area on the premises that included shade and chairs. The manager was extremely kind and helpful and the staff was also always cheerful. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant staff, close to Burney Falls Most restaurants in the area closed on a Monday leaving very few choices for dinner. We ate at Julios Mexican. Way over priced food ok

Second time staying here. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. Check in was easy, even though they were having electrical problems in the office. Manager was super friendly! Plenty of parking. This is our go to when we go to Burney!

Ok, when I booked the room initially, my card was compromised later that day. I didn’t like that. When I rolled up to the property, office was unlocked but I waited for a good 15 minutes & no one came to check me & a couple other guests in. I left for a few minutes then came back. When I returned, someone was available to help. They did offer a weird excuse for the card situation, saying it happens often & it is Expedia’s fault, not theirs- maybe so, anyway. Room was clean & after trying to give me a room with broken tv, I got one that worked. Not the biggest deal, but u know how motels & tv just kinda go together, especially when travelling solo. I would probably stay here again tho, cos overall it wasn’t bad.
