Beautiful Town home, the picture of Beach side bliss. Discount for monthly rentals. . Only a block to the beach, 2-3 minute walk! One block to the town park. 1,362 SF of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Each 2nd story bedroom has its own private bathroom. A queen bed in the master suite, with balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds. A cot is available for a 5th person or the couch. Home also has a single car garage and outside shower for after a day at the beach.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 bikes, beach toys, body boards, coolers, fishing poles, are there for your use as well as gas grill.
3 blocks to City Library, recreation center and tennis courts, and the Cocoa Beach golf course is 15 min away.
Enjoy the many local restaurants, as well as the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon’s, and Port Canaveral. All are within an quick easy bike ride.
Visit the Lone Cabbage fish camp, a little bit of old Florida, where you can take an Airboat ride on the St Johns river and view the Gators and other wildlife. Kayaks are available to rent nearby to explore the1000 island area of Cocoa Beach and the Banana River estuary.
Easy access to Orlando and all its attractions. 45 - 55 min to Orlando International Airport.

Great Beach Place

You couldn’t ask for a more accommodating host than Michael. The property is well kept and clean. Very well equipped. Hard to beat the 1 block walk to the beach! We have stayed here before and will again.

Just amazing place with the best host, everything was perfect. Glad we picked this place. Location was great. Home was everything it was expected to be and more, beds were very comfortable with super soft sheets. Wonderful Cape Canaveral Property

This townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing visit in Cape Canaveral. The house was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and super close to the beach. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the backyard in the evenings. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. We would love to stay here again!

Very. Nice.

We have stayed at numerous VRBO rentals. Michael’s place is the best place we have stayed and he was an excellent host. Unit has everything you could want, very clean and well maintained. Short <5 min walk to the beach. The bikes were a plus and the back yard space is fabulous! We’ve already booked time for next year.

Charming Townhouse

We loved Mike’s townhouse! Have been coming to Florida for the past 8 years and it’s one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. Especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and nicely landscaped backyard. He has the unit well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Also liked that it was so close to the beach. Thank you, Mike, for being such a gracious host and providing such a beautiful and comfortable vacation spot!

We would recommend this property to anyone that wants a nice place to stay and quick access to the beach and everything that Cape Canaveral has to over. The house had a lot of amenities and even more than what are listed. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very easy to work with and responded in a fast, timely manner.

Amazing place

Michaels place was amazing and the location was perfect, the shortest walk to the beach across the street. We took our 3 boys (16,13, 8) for spring break and we had the best time (our older 2 very much enjoyed the bikes)! It had everything we needed and Michael was so helpful and very quick to respond if we had any questions. We will be making this “our spring break home” every year. Thank you again!

Michael’s townhouse is beautiful and in the perfect location to the beach, a park for the kids, restaurants and shopping. It is also very close to Kennedy Space Center. Michael and his sister, Sandy are gracious hosts and respond quickly to messages and when there is something that you may need. Additionally, the garage is equipped with everything you need, including a washer and dryer, lawn chairs, beach toys, and bicycles! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience!!!

I normally do not leave reviews, but this time has been a wonderful experience!!! The pictures online were what you got!! It was very well taken care of! Had everything you needed!! The owner was amazing and answered any questions I had!! He even messaged me letting me know he would be out of contact for a little while other then that he would answer pretty much within the hour you contacted him!! He even gave us recommendations when I asked!!! Just over all a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!!!
