Tervetuloa poissa kotoa! Tämä tilava kahden makuuhuoneen kaksi kylpy huoneisto ominaisuuksia ikkunat sivussa päästävät mahtava panoraama valtamerten ja Pier näkymät pitkin luonnonvaloa! Hyvin käyttäytyviä, hoidettuja lemmikkejä ovat tervetulleita (lisämaksu) ja RELAXATION on tarpeen!

Makuuhuoneessa kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi, queen ja parveke. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Toinen kylpyhuone kuuluu pesukone ja kuivain pesussa. Täydellinen keittiö on baari paikkainen neljä viereiseen ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu neljä. Runsaasti tilaa istuu, syöminen, ja rentouttavaa! Olohuone sisältää mahtuu kuusi ja sohvalla taittuu ulos queen size bed. Merenranta parveke on tilava valinnainen 2 hengen keinu ja kaksinkertainen liukuva, kolme paneeli lasiovi! Parvekkeet ovat hyvä paikka ihmiset katsovat onko rannalla tai laituri.

Condo on 3 - 40 "SMART HDTV kaapelilla. Olohuoneen kaapeli pääsee perinteisen laatikon läpi ja kaapeli pääsee Roku - Spectrum -sovelluksen kautta jokaiseen makuuhuoneeseen. Talossa on langaton internetyhteys, FREE-WIFI. Pysäköinti sisältää 2 paikkaa. Tuo omat lakanat, vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Nauttia auringonnousua. Rentoudu kaksi kuistia. Nauti auringosta ja hiekasta. Koirat ovat tervetulleita pohjoiseen laituri päivä koko päivän. Ruuhka kesäkaudella koirat ovat tervetulleita rannalla edessä huoneisto ennen klo 9 ja sen jälkeen seitsemäntoista.

Oma huoneisto on käytössään kaksi allasta; joista toinen sijaitsee suoraan kadun takana aqua aurinko Skipper ja toinen takana keltainen aurinko Skipper.

North End Carolina Beach Pier sijaitsee alle kahden korttelin päässä ja ominaisuuksia nousuveden Lounge Bar / Pub! Will Book Next Year
The property was just as described. The view was absolutely amazing. We have beautiful pictures from the balcony. My daughters loved they had a balcony off their room (the one with twin beds). They also loved they had access to a bathroom without leaving their room. There was PLENTY of room for our family of four, which included two teenage daughters, and our two dogs. This is the first place I’ve stayed where I had to bring my own linens; however, it worked out perfectly with no issues. We love the north end since dogs can go on the beach at any time beyond the pier. The host is PHENOMENAL! He is very responsive, quick to get back with you, friendly, and very accommodating. This is a trip we take every year as a family, and we WILL stay in another rental of this host simply because of his hospitality, accommodations, and friendliness. Thank you so much Tim!

This was the easiest trip I’ve ever planned as far as accommodations goes. We were well pleased with the reality verses the pictures of the condo. The owner was available at a moment’s notice, yet did not intrude on our experience at all. It felt like a home away from home since we were able to bring our dog. We Will certainly hope to stay at this location again.

Great beach front property, super responsive host!
I really enjoyed my stay here despite a tropical storm! The host is really quick to respond to messages, and it was really clean. The AC worked great, and the bedrooms were nice and cool. The water pressure in the shower is something I also always appreciate it. The walls were sturdy and thick and even though its a condo you cant hear your neighbors. I am only giving this a personal 4/5 stars because I learned some things about my own personal restrictions after staying here. I am currently pregnant and the 3 flights of stairs, with multiple children, was difficult. There also wasn't an on site hose, so to wash off any beach items or feet you have to walk across the street. Another limitation I didnt think would be that important to me is the supply of sheets- make sure you bring your own sheets and towels-- not having those provided when you are traveling with multiple kids just adds to the laundry and the car storage so I would def look for those to be provided in the future. The kitchen was stocked with many amenities but there wasn't a sautée pan. The value of a sautée pan was increased by having to cook more than desired due to the storm.

Home away from home
We loved our stay in Carolina Beach! The “beach house” as our kids called it was great for adults and kids! It felt lived in and comfortable. Everything was clean, and it provided a nice base for our family adventures! The beach is definitely disappearing, but there was still plenty to enjoy… and only steps away! We were thankful for access to pools also! The area is residential but still close to everything. Such a great week!

1st the positives...extremely clean, very roomy, great location well stocked, amazing views... Next the cons...building is dated could use some sprucing up but condo itself updated comfortable and clean with normal saltwater esthetic issues..the water/sulfur smell was unlike anything I've ever experienced...very overwhelming and uncomfortable i didn't even want to turn water on for any reason. Parking underneath extremely tight...small cars and really small suv only no regular or large suv getting unscathed in the underneath Parking... Overall i enjoyed the stay...

We were very happy to stay here & had a very relaxing vacation with our dog who loved the beach as well. The property was very clean and as advertised. We had no trouble with check in or any instructions & communication with the property manager was prompt & helpful. We would absolutely like to stay here again. The view was phenomenal & the facilities were exactly what we were looking for. Just a note that you may want to purchase your own drinking water if you are sensitive to the "sulphur smell" that comes with the water treatment near the beach.

Could not be closer to the wayer
Pros: Feels like you’re on a boat when standing in the kitchen. The living room is large for a condo, and it felt spacious. The front porch is awesome. Cons: The tap water had a very sulfuric smell - we had to buy drinking water. We would have appreciated more than one coffee mug. The checking out instructions (remake the beds, empty the dishwasher and put everything away) are more extensive than usual. Also, we missed the note about providing your own linens when booking, but the host was able to loan us some of those pesky twin sheets. For the price, it’s a great spot.

You won’t regret staying here!
We absolutely loved this condo. It’s in a quiet area, steps from the beach and has a fabulous view of the beach. Probably the cleanest condo we have stayed in at CB. It’s super homey, comfy beds, comfy pull out couch, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and all the beach essentials you’ll need such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Tim for your great hospitality!
