The first room we had should not have been in service. The refrigerator was leaking the rug wet in front of it. The refrigerator was dirty and the microwave disgusting! They changed our room and I was told the daily hotel fee would be removed for our inconvenience. At checkout I was told they couldn't remove it. 2nd room was next to a barking dog that barked for 6 hours straight on night two. They offered to move us, but at that point we didn't want that hassle. Daily breakfast was good. Desk staff should not promise what they can't deliver. Although I paid at hotel, I was told hotel fees could not be removed. NOT HAPPY!

The place is suppose to be open for breakfast. 7:00 AM Sat morning Aug 3, 2024 not open. On Sunday August 4, 2024. Limited service. Out of bacon and syrup. Lady said she would get syrup when the store was open at 8 AM. No meat or they ran out of meat. The carpet in the room could use a good cleaning.

AC NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY 2 of the 3 nights 3rd night got moved to diff. room 1st night person "didn't know how to move me" Anne was great!! she was helpful!!
