Stayed there two nights. My room still had food containers and open drinks in it when I arrived so I cleaned up and put trash in hall. Did not complain as I figured that was how they thought a room should look for a new guest. After arriving home I found that I was billed for my room and a seperate bill for the TV which I had never used! If fact I told Kevin at the desk that the TV did not work while I was still there. Took several calls before someone finally called me back to talk about the TV.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was phenomenal. Did not like having to pay extr for parking.

What I didn’t like: they charge you $5 per day for parking…it’s rude to do when you are already paying almost $300 per night for your stay. I hate it when places nickel and dime you. What I liked: there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was a nice option if needed. They allow dogs. Also, it was clean and the reception people were kind and efficient! Overall, I recommend staying here!

Very nice and new hotel. We were surprised when they said parking was $5 per day (they have a huge empty lot) and room service is offered every other day. Very nice place, but you can probably get better value at some of the other hotels nearby

Great stay

Beautiful hotel. Had to wait at front desk a couple of times due to no attendant sitting there. Ended up putting my items back up and went to the bar to get a redbull and drink, i was immediately waited upon. Everything was great about the stay other than the slack of front desk. Also paying $5 for parking a day seemed a bit much since it was a private parking lot.

We stayed here one night, close to downtown Charleston. The room and hotel were clean and nice! The staff was EXCELLENT!! From check in to check out!! Everyone was helpful and super friendly! The breakfast in the hotel was good with many options. We stayed with two kids and would recommend for families. We would stay again!!
