The room that was given to me on the first night was terrible. There was apparently water damage in the room and you can see where the water damage was done. Wallpaper and or dry wall was slightly peeling apart and there was black mold on the bottom of the wall around the bottom trim. I asked to be moved to another room the next day because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk pto talk to about it. So I was left sleeping in the room for one night with black mold.

I spent one night at this property. The lobby and check-in staff were quite nice so I had high hopes. My opinion quickly changed on the way to my room as the hallway carpet was stained and littered with debris. My room had an overwhelming musty smell and the carpet was very dirty and stained. I wore socks the entire time I was there and by morning the bottoms were brown. It’s too bad because the room was very well appointed and would have been really comfortable if it didn’t smell and the carpet was clean.

We booked a suite, king with 2 queens. Traveling with our kids. Checked into our room and instantly noticed a horrid smell. Upon checking out the room we found lots and lots of mold. My husband is a plumber and noticed sewer gases as the toilet was sealed incorrectly to the floor. Floors were dirty(hair, crumbs and toenail clippings)! Wall paper peeling off due to moisture. Sheets dirty and stained. I clean for a living and try not to pick things apart, however I couldn’t ignore all the little things. We asked to be moved but they were booked. The next morning we asked again to be moved. They offered a room we could t fit in with 2 kids. No discount, no solution. We will Never book with this company again!! I will be contacting the health department and corporate!

The first room we got smelled bad we had to switch rooms the lady at the desk moved us with no questions the second room was cleaner but for a Hilton I never questioned walking around bare foot and there was crap in shower door corners not that clean the pool needs attention I was not going to go it the way it looked I’m sad that I have to make this post but it’s all about the truth for future people staying here
