Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful spacious condo has two king-size bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a beautiful full kitchen with an island. There is a small stove, cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Cable HD television is in the living room and bedrooms. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the Beautiful downtown.

Check in

The condo was great. Check in not so much We got there after office closed they were supposed to send code to get in. I did not get it. There is no number to call an employee on call for help. If message left they wouldnt get till next morning. Does me no good to get in at evening hour. Luckily vrbo customer service found a number There should be a person to talk to if office is closed for emergencies. I understand it is no efficient to man an office in off seasons. But they should have someone on call. Thank you customer service and building owner for your help I would stay again hopefully this little glitch can get resolved and i got in.. Would not be picked

Perfect location in CVX

Great spot in downtown, everything is walkable! Condo was clean and spacious enjoy to accomodate my elderly in-laws and me and my wife very comfortably. Large soaking tub made for very relaxing evenings.

Boating Fun in Charlevoix

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very close access to Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. Walking to town to shop was just across the bridge. So much to do and see. We plan to make this an annual trip!

Nice unit, but misleading listing

This is a nice condo, very spacious for our family of 4 and reasonably well equipped. One thing that was disappointing for us was that there is not a hot tub available. I think perhaps the listing is referring to the jetted tub near the loft bathroom, but what we wanted was a hot tub as you find by a pool etc. Also there was a pile of vomit in the hallway outside the unit that had clearly been there for a while. This was over the holiday so I guess it's forgivable as it's not a full service hotel, but still pretty gross. The location is great, easy walk to the piers and to down town. 45 min to ski slopes.

Rock hunting

We were very happy with the condo and area. We were here at the end of March to look for Petosky stones and enjoy the area. It was cold, but still a great time to look for rocks. At check-in, Heather was a wealth of information to help us in finding good places to hunt for rocks and eat!

Pros: -Excellent location close to town (food and dining) -Overall clean space (except as noted below) -Easy parking and convenient for location Cons: -Unfriendly front desk receptionist (not just our group, others as well) -No sheets provided for pull-out bed -Unable to get into contact with team (including manager) overnight--no return phone call -Shower tub floor and grout were very dirty

Great Location

Very nice, clean and centrally located condo just a block from downtown Charlevoix. From the time I booked the condo to the time we checked out, the property management company kept me informed and made the entire process easy. The only negatives were rather noisy air conditioners and an uncomfortable couch. Overall a wonderful place and would stay again.
