Good value, clean, and friendly. Hotel under renovation, were there about a month ago and we thought the work we have been done by now. Charged for dog to stay, I don’t remember see notice of this when we booked the room.

The property was under construction, so not in "normal" condition. I'm sure improvements are being made. The room & bed was very comfortable, and it was convenient on & off the highway.

Hotel He)). It’s hard to summarize, the hotel was being still worked on and dirty. But the worst was the noise they sent me next to the ice machine across from the kitchen and down the hall from where they serve breakfast where all the noise echoes. They had someone move in next-door to me at 12 midnight. All the doors slam louder than usual and they started working in the kitchen at 4 AM where I heard all the noise. The beds were fairly comfortable, but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it. I asked for a refund and I was they said as you book through a third-party.

First off they didn't let you know that construction was going on during Night/Day prior to arrival. So therefore being in Room 114, you had to listen to Construction literally all night and day. There was no rest at all during the two night stay. The paint smell in the room was really strong. I am not one to complain but it was horrible experience. I would have never done this if I had known ahead of time especially for the price that I paid. Literally we slept maybe two hours a night if that. And we were 3 hours from home. Rain Storm and the rainspot was broken, or not working properly, they had to put up a canopy which fell down and was not even moved out of folks way. For Elderly or Children it was unsafe. Someone of my age, it didn't matter, but very unsafe circumstances, floor entering where they had a new entry for folks due to the front being closed was wet at all times, with no signs letting folks know of danger. This was not what I expected at a Hotel that I thought was top rated. I am sorry for this report, but it was horrible conditions.

I am elderly & people need to be informed that there is no elevator. I had been assigned a room on 2nd fl. that I could not get to. They gave me only room on first floor that was not clean. On and off during the night I heard running water which I assume was from one else's bathroom. The room was the smallest I have ever been in in a hotel/motel. I had to change hotels/motels for the rest of my trip.

They are doing construction which I understand. However the cable didn’t work in the room. We called they said the signal was fine, but had no cable all night. The room was next to the construction and smelled, but not sure what it was coming from.
