We really liked this hotel and the service was fantastic. Our only complaint would be one of the extended stay guests cooked fish or odorous food and left their door open for hours so the entire floor smelled strongly. Not sure what the solution is but that seems very discourteous.

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of hot and cold food choices. My only complaint is the humidity in the room itself was incredibly high the entire place felt damp. So we didn’t sleep that great despite the mattress being comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and a short drive to Texas A&M but away from all the traffic. This location is pet friendly so a Plus!

The property was great. The receptionist at the front desk was outstanding. Very accomodating and eager to help - great customer service. The only challenge was the strong mildew smell in the room. The front desk attendant provided some spray. Other than that it was a great experience.

Not as expected

The hotel was overwhelmed and full with people escaping the effects of a hurricane. They didn't handle their business well. From computer glitches, plumbing issues, lack of proper communication and inadequate breakfast selection, there were so many excuses. We stayed at this hotel based on a family member's recommendation. However, we would not stay here again. We could stay at a much more economical hotel with no expectations and be equally served.

Got there door was open and didn’t shut properly, room is not what was advertised in pictures, tv remote didn’t work, didn’t clean room or take out trash during stay, rude front lobby when key was locked in room. Usually never complain but this was very subpar.
