First room I walked in the TV was on, the bed looked like someone just got out of it and there were used towels and wash clothes in shower. Second room was much better except the shower needed a good cleaning.

We loved the ease of parking close. Hotel was kept clean. Our room was nice, but our water was always cool to luke warm, at best. Breakfast was cold the first morning (eggs, sausage and potatoes) and the 2nd morning they only had one person working breakfast and therefore everything ran out, and had to wait. Probably wouldn't choose a comfort suites again.

Looks great if you don’t turn the lights on.
We arrived late with sleeping kids and kept the lights low as we put the kids in bed. In the dark the room looked good. Well the sun came up and the dirt was revealed. The floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned, walls and couches were not clean. Bathroom was ok, and beds were decent! I’m sharing a pic of a couple of the treasures that we found in the floor. Could easily be a great hotel… just needs cleaned!

Staff totally accommodated me and my special needs. Quiet room, nice bathroom and towels, bedding, giant television, housekeeping kept on top of refreshing my room - stayed an extra 2 nights because I was so pleased with this Comfort Suites. Short drive to Columbia and Spring Hill.

We only needed to stay for one quick night traveling from Indiana to Florida. The check in lady was very very nice. The area around was a little sketchy. Cheap and quick check in.
