Overall, room was comfortable, and we slept well. However the hotel did not live up to its 4+ rating. It was Dog friendly (we do not have a dog), but scent of spray in lobby to cover up pet odor was strong. Check in with very nice lady was a slow process. We got in late, went to bed shortly upon arrival, then we were awakened about 30 min after getting to room with the TV coming on spontaneously with a personalized message. Had to get up to turn it off. Dispenser was out of shampoo in shower. Bathroom mirror area was too dark to shave or put on makeup well. We were traveling as a large family with several small kids, had reserved rooms 2 months in advance, and were told on Check-In that we couldn’t get all the double rooms we reserved, and no adjoining rooms with doors for families with kids, as we had requested. Disappointing on several fronts.

I was there to see my soldier, only 10 minutes from base. Very clean, new. The frig and sink, dishes were a great addition. I had a great stay. Breakfast was okay, many options. The hotel is close to many restaurants, shopping and a Dunkin right next door.
