The smell of old stale smoke and the carpet was dirty and sticky. Multiple people sitting outside our window. We left and found another hotel to stay in. Did not request a refund.

I like that check in and check out was simple. It didn't feel super clean but no trash or anything left behind so it was ok. And area was slightly sketchy but that is not Ramada's fault.

Hotel needs updating. Our room smelled like cigarettes, yet it was considered a non smoking room. The bed was comfortable and they do accept pets. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. As far as accommodations, you get what you pay for.

Our room looked right into a Gas Station. Our toilet needed plunging. I would have done that except that a plunger was not in the room. The parking seemed small. The people were very friendly and helpful.

Property was run down, felt unsafe (homeless outside the door)room horrendous:unclean,broken fridge, broken door to bathroom, rusty fixtures,carpet gross. Sink cracked, paint peeling in the room. Not wheelchair accessible entrance in back. No elevators -noisy on ground level
