When I arrived the 1st room they gave us was absolutely dirty and had stained sheets and everything was so run down. (Nothing like the pictures on the webpage) They put us in another one and had same issues. The manger was very nice and offered us new sheets and blankets I asked if I can just get refunded he said yes, but then told me he can’t refund me because I booked through Expedia and they would have to say it’s ok. Well I called Expedia and they said they have nothing to do with it because we Paid on site! Expedia called and talked to them and they changed their minds and they would not refund us! So I guess when I have a 1star on service that’s why! They were nice! Until they weren’t! Of course I can’t add the pictures I took

Worst hotel I have ever been in. Did not stay!
The desk guy was a dick. Acted like we were a problem to his video watching. We ended up calling choice hotels international on them because they didn’t want to give us a refund. There were cigarette burns in the bed linens. There were roaches. And the place was a slum. Not worth a dime. We did not stay here but had to fight to get our money back. The walls and floor look like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The smell was awful. Like being in a dirty wet cellar. The desk clerk would not answer the phone. They would not allow us to receive a refund. Even called hotels.com for a refund and they didn’t want to give us a refund so we called their corporate owners. Corporate did end up giving us a refund. Do not book this hotel. And I wouldn’t recommend hotels.com either. They are both a joke and their “refund policy” is a lie. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t even stay there if I were homeless. Here is a photo of the tub… It speaks for the whole room. If I could give the hotel and hotels.com a minus a million I would. They are both shiesty and try to take advantage of you.

The room was being worked on that they gave us so they gave us another room that one too was being painted and fixed so they gave us a 3rd room that one was just finished and they didn't clean up afterwards and the chair for the table was being used outside to help them paint another room and the little sofa was in the hall way with a worker sitting in it. When I talked to the manager the next day they used the excuse that the guy checking us in was in training (all by himself no one else to train him) but I had made arrangements for someplace else for the remainder of our trip so we did not stay the rest of the time there and it is a week later and still no refund for the remainder of the days we didn't stay there. Don't think I will use them again.

The pictures of the rooms listed on Expedia must have been taken when the place was built. The room was something you’d pay by the hour for. Nasty, old, musty. After checking in, I left the premises after being told no refunds. I felt unsafe, unclean and mostly, unhealthy! Disgusting place!! If this is what Expedia offers, I’ll never use it again!

Sorry, I wish I could say nice things about this hotel but I can’t. We arrived very late at night, we were exhausted and basically collapsed into our rooms. It was very hot and humid so we fired up the A/C . I woke up in the morning with a scratchy throat and pissed off sinus congestion. The room A/C was filthy and it was apparent the filters don’t get cleaned. Sick building syndrome, it’s a thing look it up. It’s been a week and I’m still sick, upper respiratory infection. It ruined the whole experience for me. We left the room and went to another hotel at a significant expense. A word of warning, pay attention to your body, dirty air conditioners spew dirt and mold and can make you very sick. By the time we left my eyes were nearly swollen shut, sinus infection, headache, coughing sneezing and fever. Ears plugged nearly solid and of course complete loss of taste. It was embarrassing to be in public and suddenly have a coughing fit and constantly blowing my nose. Please service those air conditioners.

The outside was fine, but the room was a dump, holes in the walls, curtains falling down, black mold in the exhaust fan in the bathroom that didn’t work and was falling out. Toilet had so much caulking to the floor and it leaked.I didn’t know if all the rooms looked like that but the best thing they could do is gut the room and redo it. When I told them about the room they didn’t seem to care. I took pictures to show them that I had not done the damage to the room, so I would not get charged. Not a place I would say again or recommend to my friends. STAY AWAY.

The food was old and stale and rotten. The area was EXTREMELY dangerous to the point we had a gun pointed at us and the staff manager was extremely rude,unprofessional,and gave nothing but attitude towards my wife when I wasn’t around. We refuse to stay here again.

I’m so sorry to say that it was a nasty hotel there where roaches the room had a very bad smell the floor was so sticky the the towels had stains the bathroom mirror was super dirty and the custom service was terrible the guy in the front counter would give me an attitude every time I would go and ask questions

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Walked only 2 steps in the room and had to kill roaches. The room was so old and falling apart. The bathroom ceiling had bubbles due to water damage. Horrible I would have left but we arrived at 430 AM and had to leave by 8am for ceremony. Never again

You really do get what you pay for. Unfortunately this was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The Indian who checked us in was rude, it was like I bothered him (for doing his job and checking me in, as he should…lol). Don’t stay here. Pay for a better place. The floor is filthy, the toilet is filthy, the shower is filthy. Everything is NASTY!

I reserved a king bed for a few nights upon entering, I found that the AC was filthy with possible mold, the light fixtures were disgusting, as well as there being a layer of grime on the walls, even though I asked for a no smoking room. Thinking that I was going to be stuck in the room, I took it upon myself to pull the blankets and sheets back Only to find on each layer, there was stains And what looked to be unchained sheets. At that Point I decided to go to the front desk and explain my situation having them come look themselves. The blame was placed on their cleaners, and I was moved into a suite. Although it was bigger and a bit better, it still had just as many problems with the main one being the bed something that I would have to have me, my husband, my 10 month old daughter on which I wasn’t OK with. On this trip, I also had one of my friends who experience just about all of the same problems in her own room, as well as black mold around the door frame. Speaking with the attendant that was there at the moment as well as the manager that was on the phone, they tried saying it was, just dirty from the rain getting in, which obviously if it’s getting in it can lead to mold From the water seeping in, which is exactly what happened. At this point, we were uncomfortable at trying to stay here, especially since they did not hold up there Health code standards. I also do not agree with their policy that once you check in, you can’t get a refund.
