They don't like to tell u about a deposit an they will try to make any excuses to try an keep deposit.there is another hotel 2 minutes away don't stay at this one you'll regret it!

The room was not as clean as I would have expected. The outside of the microwave was smuggy and covered with finger prints. The bathroom door was splattered with something I don't even want to think about what it was. The room served its purpose, but I would not go back there.

First let me say the staff was very nice very helpful. Lobby was clean and my room was clean. Unfortunately there were a few problems with the appliances. The air conditioner didn’t work very well and the bathroom sink Literally had very little water coming out. I did not call the front desk as it was later in the evening. But the next morning they did say that I could’ve called and they would’ve come down and checked on things. The room was pretty quiet. I did not have the breakfast so I don’t know how that was but all in all it was a decent place to stay.

I ordered an online ticket, mixed up the address incorrectly, I called immediately 25 minutes before asking for a refund... they didn’t want to come back... Thank you for contacting Expedia US Customer Support Team. As much as we wanted to fulfill your rerequest, please note that we are subject to the rules and restrictions of the vendor, and we do not have the authority to override their policies. We really tried our best in order to get the refund approval from the property but unfortunately after multiple tries we weren't able to obtain an approval from the hotel.
