We entered the doors at the end of the building since our room was located nearby. There was so much dog poop all around that entry. It looks like it has never been cleaned up! The breakfast was bad. The muffins, bagels and bread appeared to have been frozen and thawed many times over and should be thrown away. Don’t choose this place because “breakfast is included “!

Stained towels and bedding. Non-working lights, I had to ask to move to another room. Mold around bathtub. TV remote scotch-taped together. Breakfast is over at 9, watery eggs, mushy potatoes, cold sausage gravy, stale rock hard biscuits at 8am. ICK!

The room was clean. I ordered an upgrade online but didn't get it. The light immediately into the room didn't work, the light around the bathroom mirror had a short, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front desk staff was friendly but at first couldn't find my reservation. Breakfast was good

The stay was great. I got a studio room thanks to the excellent staff. The bathroom smelled bad (like not cleaned all the way through) the Towels were stained. Not a good look at all!

When we came in the room the light in the entry was burned out and the cover to the air unit was hanging off. My husband tried to put it back on but no luck! I called the front desk to let them know and to make sure I didn’t get charged. She said she would let maintenance know and that she had put the cover on once herself. No one came to fix it. There was no remote so I had to go to the front desk to get one. Both of us went to take a shower and no hot water. It’s a good thing I had $30 towards a room because I would have been really mad if I paid full price. The women at the front desk was very kind but I think she was by herself on a very busy night.

The staff were proficient, polite, and helpful. The hotel itself needs an effective cleaning crew. Whomever has this task currently is a dismal failure. Floors in hallway looked like they hadnt seen a vacuum cleaner in the month of December. The elevator made me wish for hand sanitizer. The gym was pathetic= rusty bars on eliptical, no hand towels for sweat, no hand sanitizer or wipea for equipment before or post use, floor was filthy.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room had busted up cabinets, drywall, and lamp shades. There was a 2ft whole in the ceiling of the hallway from a water leak. The room had mold on the wall, water stains on the shades and the bed squeaked very loud just from sitting down on it, all of which i have pictures and video of, and to take the cake, my wife and I were forced to take a cold shower, which the lady working at the front desk explained that another room had no hot water as well. The front desk clerk was probably the only good thing about this hotel. This is the second hotel booking in a row from Expedia/hotels.com that was a complete failure.
