Upon arrival through no fault of the Hotel there was a power outage which effected the entire area. Approximately an hour later power was restored and we checked in. It is close to Interstate I 675 and most restaurants are close but not walkable.

The room smells like smoke. The time in the alarm clock is not accurate. They are charging me $100 on my credit card because I booked through Expedia not directly with the hotel chain.

No pool like listed. Elevator was out of service. Staff was not courteous. Bed was broken. Overhead light kept flickering. Fire alarm was not on the wall, and there was just electrical wires exposed.

Not So Suite Discomfort Inn

The room was ample and the bed comfortable. However, the floor was dirty in my room and by the elevator. The breakfast was poor. The room phone was out of order and lightbulbs were out in the bathroom. There was a group of young girls making lots of noise in the hallway until late at night that the management was unable to quiet down. The managers on duty were polite and respectful, which despite the above complaints, was appreciated.
