The location of the property is great. Staff was professional and friendly. The rooms however are in major need of updating. My tub took over an hour to drain. Had to flush the toilet three times just to get paper down and there was mold in the caulking of the tub. Bedding is comfortable and the view can’t be beat Oceanside.

Do better, Hilton. The property from the outside looks beautiful. Our room, 1036, is in desperate need of some help. The couch was stained and ripped. The refrigerator had half of the paint peeled off. In the AM, when the sun was coming in you could see that the window was dirty and there was SO much dust flying in the air. And bring your own blanket because the bed does not have a comforter, just a sheet and a very thin cover.

One out of four elevators was working -20 minute way for the elevator No hot water in our room called at 10 pm to report no one came to repair so called back at 1130 pm told them to come in the morning I was going to bed No food available after 10pm no vending machines A very expensive one star stay will not stay there again

We really enjoy this beachfront hotel. Has a great view of the pier. Valet and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Suggest get breakfast package because it is a large, hot breakfast buffet that includes cook-to-order eggs. If go and pay to eat separately, it is a lot more expensive.

Great location but property is run down. We got a suite and moved twice as rooms were not up to normal standards much less Hilton. We checked out early it was not worth it.

Picture on Expedia showed a very nice handicap tub. Room had a regular tub I was not able to use. Hilton charged a $40 parking fee that was not mentioned by Expedia. I had already paid a $28 resort fee in advance. I really just wanted to leave. I have stayed here before many times and was very disappointed this time.
