Room was out of shampoo and conditioner when I got there. I called the front desk asked for some to be brought up. I went out to dinner and shopping came back still not there. Had to call again. That next morning I called for turn down service to collect the trash before we left for the day. Got back after 6pm room was still not serviced had to call them and at that point I was like just take the trash and leave fresh towels, no point in making the beds. Was very disappointed, I would expect that kind of service at a motel but not a Hilton.

Dirty dishes in hallway for 3 days. Trash on floor including gummy bear candies for the 4 days we stayed. Never once did they clean our room or bring towels. Hair all throughout the bathroom. Rust and mold in bathroom and around sliding door. Sloppy drunk people wondering the hotel. Up to a 40 minute wait for elevators. Homeless hang out right outside and approach you if you try to walk the beach in the evenings. And to make things worse they charge you almost 55.00 a night in hidden charges at checkout. Worst Hilton we have ever stayed at. Will not be returning. Do better Hilton..

The location is amazing. Everything was close by, which was very nice. The hotel rooms were an Outdated Scratch up different colors. Just not a pleasant view in the room. I just thought it was weird that the coffee machine was behind the TV and the ice bucket was behind the TV. Things like that. The bed was kind of sunken-in in the middle. Valet parking is expensive

From Friday check in til Sunday check out. There was only one elevator out of three working and the wait was horrible every time you needed to go upstairs. I was on the 5th floor and I wasn’t walking the stairs! Facility clean but very outdated.

I was at a convention. The rooms themselves are nice. The exterior needs updating. Also I found the front desk clerks to be rude. The wait staff and servers were very pleasant though and the food served for all meals was excellent. It is conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk. So I’d just say average overall though some parts were excellent and some were not.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was so convenient to the beach and several restaurants and shops!
Get the cabana! The view is worth it!

This hotel should not be in business. The safety of the rooms is alerting. The door lock was not working. Only 1 elevator was working the wait time was at least 20 min. The staff is terrible.
