My first room (207) had:
No tv
No coffee
No working faucet
No working phone
No ice or way to make ice
My second room (205) had:
No coffee
No phone
No freezer
No ice maker for the building
The staff was almost never at the front desk.
I had to use my cell phone to try to contact the front desk because the room phones never worked and they seldom answered.
Going to the front desk was almost a waste of time because normally no one was there, for almost 75% of the time.
They ran out of cereal.
They ran out of orange juice and apple juice.
They had a little selection of a few donuts one day. That was all. One day.
The breakfast bar was definitely subpar from other places I have stayed at and even considering other Super8 Motels.
I was very unhappy staying there, but the second room supplied me with a bed and tv. I do feel it was definitely not a place I will ever stay again if I ever have to go through the experience of the first room again. Even the cables were disconnected from some of the electronic equipment in the first room. Why in the heck were they even trying to put a person in the room if nothing was ever arranged for a person to stay?
The main person in-charges was the main problem. It was like it was just something she I guess had to deal with, but the second person was very nice and helpful. I tried to deal with the second female the most. She was courteous and helpful. The main manager was just not there was just barely going through motions.
