We came to a 2 bedroom that the A/C was broken. We were offered 2 rooms supposedly for the inconvenience but one of the rooms when we entered in, the carpet was soaking wet and soap smell was very strong. There was a fan to dry the carpet, very loud with the cord in the middle of the room, easily a safety hazard for everyone. I immediately called the front desk to haul it out. How can you guys give a room like that to your guests? What a shame. I wanted get angry but it was close to 10 PM and very tired. The staff told me to talk to the manager in the morning. He told me that they were full and that they can’t offer us anything at that time. In the morning, their manager told me that one of the room is complimentary. Why complimentary? In the first place, I booked a 2 bedroom accommodation. So you have to give me the same or 2 separate bedrooms right? She was telling me about the room price of the other room which is very high and that maybe I’ll have like $20 difference. Nice offer for all the inconvenience we had right? 😡I just told her to do a late check until 1 PM just to finish this ridiculous business with them. I am not booking with this hotel again. The manager also needs to be taught that when you talk to your guests, to please stop what you are doing and look at the person you are talking to.
