Timberline 13 is a pet friendly unit on Lake Dillon, Marina Park and the Recreation Path. Next to the Dillon Amphitheater for shows from June through September. The summer Farmers Market is every Friday. Very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Sleeps 6. The Marina Park walking paths are just across the street for pet exercise. Large private fenced patio. Living room features a wood fireplace and flatscreen. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 3. Free WiFi and cable. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. In the summer, listen to the concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck or stroll across the street to join in the dancing. In winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail.
