I xalled a sgmhort while after setting it up because I picked tge wrong date and I had a hatd time understanding the lady.She wouldn't let me change it. I asked why, but I couldn't understand her answer, then she hung up on me. I was very nuce to her, but the language barrier made her hard to understand.

Crack at the bottom of door room . staff memeber threw door card keys at me instead of handling to me politely.. and bathroom had unfinished wall electrical plates covering it. Unfinished wall.

The lady running Econo Lodge said that I did not reserve a room and that she was full! I gave her the confirmation number along with proof that I had called and spoken to her on Monday. But there was nothing she could/would do. So my wife and I had to drive an hour to Ottawa to find a room. I don’t know what happened, but I now have serious reservations about using Expedia for booking my future stays.
