Horrible service

Upon arrival, super 8 looked like a rundown motel with limited cleaning budget. During check in, the front desk staff asked for a credit card or deposit to hold incase of incident. The front desk refused to work with us on taking a credit card over the phone. We ended up not being able to stay and front desk refused to provide a refund.

We booked room with 2 beds. At the checkin time manager told we have no room available with two beds. We shocked we was four people in the group. Finally manager gave extra bed. Lobby carpets are extremely dirty.

Absolutely filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When I told the front desk clerk about the floor in the elevator at 5:30 am she told me that housekeeping will be in at 9:00 and she’ll have them clean it then, so it is perfectly okay with them that their customers stand and walk through sticky syrup. Unbelievable

Needs upgrading

Bed was comfortable. Washroom was not great. Toilet don’t flush properly. Sink didn’t drain well. Couldn’t adjust the heat/cooling unit. Had to unplug because it was cold. Very sketchy people hanging out in hallways on floors. Ice machine located in 4th floor smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. Overall, won’t be staying again.

Nasty stay

This place is terrible they had hard bagels toast 2kinds of cereal and 1flavor of yogurt nothing for kids to eat. I had to get a different room and didn't get money back for the down grade the elevator was broke the pool was broke and nobody offered to help with luggage up the steps it was a nasty vacation

I wish the property had looked more like the pictures. It was also very noisy and disruptive the second night of my stay. Although the staff were kind, it was very evident the floor had not been vacuumed in a long time, and there was mold in the bathtub, just as examples.

This Super 8 was the absolute filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Carpets and Windows have not been cleaned for a very long time. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet ran the entire three days refilling with water every 25-30 minutes. The front desk was unwilling to help change our room nor were they available to deal with noise at night.
