Outside property unkept. Weeds and puncture vines are abundant and thesepuncture vines are carried into the building where anyone can step on them.

It got the job done

Just overall not well kept and little updates would go a long way. High rating was a deceiving for the quality and appearance of the rooms.

Could use a deep clean

Stay was fine, room was clean but carpet was heavily stained and shower had evidence of mold in the grout.

Overall it was favorable however the toilet seats were the types that low to floor which made it more difficult for an individual with weak lags to stand back up without grap-bars.

First of all, I like to say. Check out is at 11 am and I went to do errands came back to my room at 10:30 and they are already cleaning my room. I told front desk - she’s like will did you take ur stuff with you. I said yes because I have insecurity issue take my belongings with me. She’s like will we assumed you left. While my husband semi truck was still parked on the property. Omg. Who do I speak too!? Seriously

Hot and sweaty

Air conditioner was not cooling, making terrible noises and started to emit odors at about 2:00am. No sleep. Bathroom tile and toilet in horrible condition. Torn curtain.

The service was good, but the hotel is old and whatever cleaning solutions they use, do not smell very good. We had to keep opening the window to air out the room.

Good value

Several maintenance issues but important functions were good. I would stay again. Room was clean but had some rough areas. Beds were very good and place was clean. Pillows and towels were medium quality with some new mixed in. Hot water and pressure were very good. Breakfast did not include my favorites and was just ok. For the price difference, I will definitely stay again.
