The apt. is a charming, newly restored space in the Aspen and Park Historic Homes, a 2-house, 7-unit compound. Lowell Observatory, Thorpe Park and the urban trails are all within a few blocks, and is conveniently located for trips to the Grand Canyon and the Snowbowl Ski Area.
This second floor apartment(1of 4) was our first renovation at Aspen and Park and we accented the architectural details, while adding some modern amenities such as a custom shower and a modernized mini kitchen. The kitchen has been outfitted with a coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, two-burner counter top cooktop, and soft close cabinets. The queen size bed is a high end memory foam mattress, from which you have a view of the peaks and the stars through the original restored windows. In the main living space, the modern sofa bed has a queen size memory foam mattress, with ample bedding and pillows available.
A Smart TV with WiFi access and an antenna for local channels allows guests to access all popular viewing options, but most importantly, our location will be the entertainment that you will love the most! Besides being able to take the short walk downtown to pick up a tasty dinner from numerous restaurants, you can also enjoy the peaceful newly landscaped backyard.
