The room itself was clean and felt safe but that’s about the best thing I can say. No AC and no ventilation other than opening a window to a noisy street. At check in, we were not informed how to access the pool gate (and it was not a normal intuitive latch), nor were we given a WiFi password. The hot tub was just a little warmer than an average bathtub and the jacuzzi jets barely did anything. The advertised “coffee bar” was just half a pot of basic coffee and a couple of black tea packets in a corner of the lobby. When I asked for extra towels (no pool towels provided and we had only three bath towels in our room for four people) I was treated as an inconvenience to the staff. It was a roof over our heads but not much more than that, and overpriced for what we got.

The hotel staff were kind and welcoming, and the room was large and clean. There were some maintenance issues in the room and on the property that degraded the experience. A towel rack was ripped out of the wall, the hair dryer fell off the wall, the pool and hot tub area had paint peeling around the concrete. The pool was closed for maintenance. The hot tub worked the first night (although the jets did not work), but the second night it was cold.

We've stayed at this property before, under different ownership and had a great experience. This time the pool was closed, and the spa was broken. About 9:00 pm the cable went out. The staff was not helpful at all. Thankfully Expedia helped us get a discount. We will not stay there again!

Very disappointing. Not living up to Travelodge standards. Staff was rude. Bathroom dirty with HAIR in tub. Requested accessible room, there was no Handicap parking and they put us on 2nd floor with stairs. Deadbolt would not lock. AVOID

The hotel was as advertised. Of course it always looks nicer than in the photos. Staff were polite. It's a motel, you get what you pay for. There is one thing though that keeps me from giving a good review. The bed was simply awful. It squeaked like a rusty swing set at the slightest movement and was terribly uncomfortable. Awful sleep. Maybe it's just the bet in room 113. I don't know, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend due to the awful mattress.

The bathroom was hideous....never seen a tub so dirty. The owner gave no return of funds And the breakfadt was faulselt advetised. Never doing Travel Lodge in Flirence again.

Room was spacious and clean. WiFi was terrible! Customer service was poor; no greeting when we checks in; made to feel that we were interrupting something more important. Refrigerator was old; freezer door broken and freezer was in dire need of defrosting. Probably will not stay here again- primarily because of the poor WiFi and lack of customer service.

The rooms were reasonably clean other than floor in the bathroom, which was dirty. I only knew this because the bottom of my slippers were very dirty. Staff was pleasant.

The hot tub was lukewarm., so we only stayed in for a few minutes. This was one reason we chose this place. I have back problems and the hot tub helps. When we wiped up some water in our room that dripped from our suits, there was significant dirt on the towel.
