Beautiful view from our room . The staff was wonderful . Music was great . Location and it was very clean . Note: The railings were making really loud clanging noise with the heavy wind it was hard to sleep. Hoping they can fix that . The shops were very friendly and love the coffe at the down stairs coffee shop . Go to the steak place in the hotel the steak was delicious. Happy Holidays it was a great experience. We appreciate all you do . Magically decorated for the Holidays .

Outstanding! This is the absolute best hotel to stay at when travelling to Hollywood Beach. The hotel, amenities, pools, restaurants and staff are all world class. We had the pleasure of staying here recently for 9 nights and we didn't want to leave. The location is steps to the Boardwalk and all it's shops/restaurants. The hotel even has it's own entertainment district with free shows/music. The room was oversized, facing the ocean and had a balcony that we could sit outside and enjoy the sunrise with our morning coffee. The staff - WOW! Everyone was friendly and always helpful. We know we are going to miss a few names but the following went above and beyond, they deserve mentioning - Lucas, Neil & Sandra (Front desk/reception), Jojo (License to Chill), Winston (Room Service), Felicia (Coffee Bar), Sara, Gabby, Daman & Elizabeth (Margaritaville Restaurant), Joey & Brooklyn (Lone Palm Pool area) Five Stars Plus for this hotel. We will be back!!! Love to all from the Crazy Old Canadians!!!
