I guess I should’ve done more research into the tiki bar. The music was ridiculously loud late into the night. Also, we left 1 night early due to a bug problem. They did refund me for the 1 unused night without me asking, which I guess was the least they could do. But I appreciated it. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

I was actually extremely impressed! The room was very cute, and clean. The bed was very comfy, and the room had a lot of space to move around in. It looks like they do the absolute best they can to be accommodating during all of the construction and lack of available space for driving and parking in the immediate area due to all of the hurricane destruction, and after a quick circle around and assessing the layout, it was easy to find a space. My room was on the other side of the pool from the tiki bar and even when it was packed and loud my room was not loud. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall I was actually very impressed and I will most definitely come back here every single time I visit the area as long as it's available!

I would stay here again.
It had plenty of room for a one bedroom and it was very close to the beach. They just had the hurricanes so staff was out doing everything possible to be up and running. Rooms could use to have brooms in them to help with sand we brought in.

Katie,at the Front desk, was wonderful! Very helpful and patient. The property has been hit by 5 hurricanes in 2 years yet they provided beautiful rooms and pool and tiki bar. bless Fort Myers and lighthouse resort. I hope to be back one day ,very accommodating.

Great place to stay in
Coming to Florida from NY to help with hurricane victims who have housing issues, I stayed at the lighthouse and couldn't have been more pleased. Katie at the front desk was very helpful especially when I had a hot water issue. Being just a few days after the hurricane I was very pleased that they were even open. Able to watch the Mets win and have a great burger at the tiki bar and had a Great sleep in the beautiful room. Kudos lighthouse ✌️💙😎

We stayed here several years ago and this place was awesome. Well I guess after Ian the place was pretty much destroyed. I asked if the pools were open and the lady I talked to said one was not operating and the other was a hole. That was ok since Helene came through a few days earlier and a lot of the pools in the area were filled with sand. When we arrived we couldn’t find where to check in at because there is absolutely no check in parking that we saw. When we finally found a spot which was at the Margaritaville in a lot next door. We checked in and we asked where do we park at and find our room. Good luck finding that in the mess they call a parking lot. Overall very disappointed and the staff had attitudes and weren’t very helpful. Will not stay here again.

The Tiki Bar on a Sunday was perfect. However Lighthouse has made the best of a challenging situation. Room was comfy and clean. The hotel and the area around the hotel still suffering from Ian and sadly now may be impacted by Milton. Thoughts and prayers are with all on Fort Myers Beach and surrounding area.

The property is nice. The rooms are large and well equipped. The property is still recovering from hurricane damage and its a little bit of a mess around certain areas but the staff is super nice, helpful, and work their ass off to keep things running. Tiki bar was good and full of locals and frequent guests. Great value and location.

So checkin for this property was actually flawless, the front desk staff was pretty friendly, I began thinking MAN i got a steal. Until the night of the stay. So there is no phones in the rooms, front desk closes at 10PM if you have any issues your just stuck. I attempted to try to call the number on google at 4 am because our neighbor got so drunk he was yelling at his wife all night long we couldnt sleep at all. To top everything off I was naked ( mind you my do not disturb sign was up ) a worked opened my door a hour before checkout and closed it real fast. I was mortified. When asking the worker why he just opened it he said " she told me to come check rooms " I really wanted to love this place and we planned on booking another getaway here but now, I dont think we will be returning.
