I am so happy that the Lighthouse is still there. We have stayed there for at least 13 years. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was great.

So many positives about this stay! First off, from check in to the bar staff, everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, we were immediately upgraded to a studio room, Room 114. The room was fantastic. Large, huge TV, very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and a great patio area that overlooked the bar and pool. We also ate breakfast in the bar, and the food was actually very good. Unfortunately, we were only there one night but this would have made a great long-term stay. We always stay one night in Fort Myers before our place in Sanibel is ready. This will definitely be our go-to place from now on.

Our room was nice and the staff kept the sheets and towels coming every day! Ft Myers is building back so some construction going on all around but it’s a great location! Easy walk to everything! Had a great time would stay again!

Even though still rebuilding from hurricanes its still a great property. You just need to show patience and grace to the area for all the construction going on. I love FMB and love that I was able to contribute to the economy. Would stay again. Rooms are awesome.

Great location, you can walk to many bars, restaurants and shops. The Tiki Bar was a great place to watch football games. Music done by 11pm. Good drinks, fun crowd. Clean towels daily, housekeeping as requested.

Night Clerk Jerk
Night clerk was unsympathetic!!! Our room was on second floor elevator was under construction.10 day stay, lots of luggage upstairs then drop down 3 steps to get to room. It was pouring rain and rain gutter had huge leak a complete waterfall to get to room every thing was soaked,he said it’s raining it’s not my problem! Day 2 we were on the ocean at sanibel island got back at 9pm called office for blanket, he brought it and said he sent a text 2 hours before we didn’t hear because of ocean. We had to evacuate by8am due to hurricane Helene! We asked for advice as to where we should go to as we had never dealt with this before, his response was it’s not my problem just be out by 8am! We left at 2am and drove 4 hours to Orlando. could’ve been nice but for hurricane and Night clerk being a total jerk

Very loud bar all afternoon and evening s. Use of microphone at bar (bingo time) during day time was loud and annoying and very unnecessary. Hopefully the second pool area will be quieter when it’s done. The location is great and staff was very helpful and friendly.
