Bad, but not quite bad enough for me to check out
First the good. The room was spacious and very clean at check in. I liked the balcony. I didn't like anything else. The room was very smelly and musty (Paint Creek for reference). Fortunately, there's a nice balcony so I could open the door to air out the room. Unfortunately, the bar is very popular inside and out on the patio, so the balcony was too noisy to keep the door open. You have to request housekeeping. At check in, I only requested clean towels every day. The first day, I got clean towels, but housekeeping left the dirty ones in the hall along with everyone else's. The second day, we didn't even get clean towels and the day-old towels were still in the hall. The beds are very worn. The mattresses badly need to be replaced. And there were ants in my room.

First, they told me the bar closed at 10, so i went to my room to shower and change, and by 9 the bar was closed. Then i went to the store and got wine, and the ice machine was not working. Then the TV remote didn't work. Then the public wifi didn't work, so i asked for the password to the conference wifi, and the night clerk wouldn't give it to me without asking permission from her manager. When she finally got permission, the conference wifi didn't work either. I asked them to comp the room, the clerk said she would talk to the manager, and i never got a response.

Upon check in we were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm . The desk professional Lindsay made sure my requests were heard with confidence . She fulfilled all of them! With joining rooms and even clear understanding of dining/bar hours . Our stay at the pool was amazing. Was clean and beautiful to experience . I cannot express how much we enjoyed the prime rib and buffet! Off the charts in taste . The dining staff were so kind! Our room was clean and didn’t smell of smoke the slightest. .absolutely recommend . No other place around can top it! We want to book another night right away it’s that good!!
