the facility is very dated, bedroom floors are tile, very cold to walk on. Happy hour in the bar was very expensive for house drinks, we were the ONLY people in there on a thursday night (which tells you a lot). No breakfast included unlike its competition across the street. Check in took longer than normal, very cluttered, changing air filters overhead with a ladder, workers, etc, WILL NOT use this property again

Comfortable me spacious!

Our anniversary weekend trip was perfect here. We got the King suite with a fireplace. It was more than we expected! The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Two bathrooms, two closets, two TV’s and two refrigerators. The sweet maintenance man that got our fireplace going was very much appreciated. This will be where we stay from now on in Kerrville. It made for a perfect anniversary!

Refreshing

After traveling the dusty trail from Lubbock to fort worth to Kerrville, we were weary and in desperate need of shelter and rest. Exhausted from the days travels we crawled across the burnt orange clay floor to the welcoming party behind the desk. We were greeted with healthy Texas welcomes and were granted access to a fine state room which accommodated all of our visceral needs. The bedding welcomed us and allowed us to explore each other's bodies in ways that the trail would not. There is not an elevator in the building we stayed in. The room smelled closed up, but it was spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony which was lovely. Overall, a nice place we return to each time we are in Kerrville.

I don’t know how this place has decent ratings. It’s so gross and ran down. Stains on the furniture, mold growing around the bathtub and toilet that rocks when you sit on it. There’s holes in the walls and writing on them. The outside looked nice, so, we were shook when we went in the room.
