Great location!
If you're looking for a beautiful condo/townhouse with many amenities and a squeaky clean place, don't hesitate to stay here. Powerful ceiling fans, lots of lighting, many windows, nice wood floors, comfy bed......Not only is the townhouse itself great, the area and surrounding country club environment is so relaxing and within close proximity to so many Flagstaff activities. You're a skip away from restaurants and grocery, but feel as if you're secluded and private due to it's location. The host was always available to answer questions and help when needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Hub for Exploration
We enjoyed the feeling of home while using it as a hub to explore the northern part of Arizona. The place was clean, easy access to highways and amenities. The three days we were here were used to explore the Petrified Forest, Antelope Canyon, Sunset Crater, the Grand Canyon and a few smaller hiking spots in between.

The townhouse was ideally located within an easy access to town and within walking distance to the Continental club house and restaurant.. The house was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable with large flat screen TVs in each room. The deck had a good view of the golf course with nice furniture and a well functioning BBQ. While there were other townhomes close by, the area was quiet even when the windows were open. A couple of things to be aware of: - While the listing indicated the the unit is air conditioned, it is not central air but rather 2 window units; one up stairs one downstairs. It was not uncomfortable but neither could the temperature be precisely controlled. -The deck does not have table and chairs suitable for outdoor dining. We did eat outside while sitting on the patio furniture. This said, we did very much enjoy our stay. We would rent again and recommend the property.

Warm and welcoming!
The property is very clean and charming and provides a very relaxing stay. If you don’t feel like going anywhere you can enjoy amenities like golf and tennis and chilling out by the fireplace. But it also a great base for exploring the Grand Canyon and other spots in Northern Arizona. The unit was very clean and generously stocked with towels, toiletries, laundry supplies, etc. Check in was super easy with keypad. Thanks David - we really enjoyed our stay!
