It was close to our family reunion in Frederic. Beds were very comfey - room was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Already planning it for next year's family reunion.

Easy in & out to parking lot right in front of bldg. Room # 102 was quaint, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Well painted and decorated. If ALL ROOMS are like this, we’ll be sure to tell family & friends alike for a possible stay in their travels. TV was a bit of a mystery as to how to turn it on & use it? Needs written instructions in rooms. Thanks for a very nice, comfortable stay. Keep up the good work. The Cline’s.

The check in process was very easy and staff was friendly. The room was just what we needed for a quick one night stay. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The only negative I would say is there was not a lot of parking and we were on the second floor, and the stairway up to our room and the balcony was a bit narrow to carry bags, etc., but all-in-all it was good experience and very economical. I would stay here again if/when in the area and needing a room.

There is a bike trail right across the road, so we walked it in to town for dinner at a bbq place on the river. People two rooms down were sitting out front and friendly, but multiple cigarettes were enough to fill our room with the smell of smoke. When we returned from dinner they had retired and the smoke was gone. We had a great night’s sleep!

Like: Management was friendly, responsive,helpful. Property was clean. Location was prime for shopping, dining. Cabinets were stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, silverware. Dislike: The inside lighting was too dim. Maybe because of my advanced years. No bathroom exhaust fan. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future.
