We love the hotel and we will definitely stay there when we visit our daughter at Wofford college. The manager, Melissa, has refunded us for the first night, as we were on the third floor and the people above us sounded like they were rolling bowling balls all night long. It was absolutely horrible and we got no sleep before we had to get up at 5:30 AM to start to move our daughter into a dorm at the college and Spartanburg. Melissa has refunded me through hotel.com, and now you have to do the refund and you can call her to verify. Please do that.

Great place to stay! Watch your bill though...

Great checkin. Sink drain a little slow. Clean riom and bath. Taxes show more than expected by $2.48.

New hotel, nice design, BUT do not recommend

The hotel is 4 years old. Great design, good breakfast but the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Very soft, bouncy mattress with no back support at all. You fall into a hole. Wouldn't be possible to sleep on your stomach. I Woke up with a strong back and neck ache that lasted all day. This is the first time ever. Pillows are also soft, squishy and offer no neck support. The room has no microwave and no coffee maker. You have to go to the lobby for these. I would not stay there again or in any Tru hotels because they probably all have the same beds.
