Solid hotel
Hotel was a solid choice, although we stayed in better options in Hanoi. Good location for the Old Quarter and French Quarter. Hotel was a little dated and wouldn’t describe it as 5-star relative to other options nearby. Breakfast that was included was lovely.

The location was very convenient. We could walk to many major tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and were shown to immaculate rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and included regional specialties in addition to standard western fare. We found the staff to be attentive, kind, and always eager to help.
