Very friendly staff. Coffee available all the time. Close to Hershey attractions. Many walkable restaurants on street. The pool and Hot tub opened late. The only thing we notice was there was a hole in the bathtub that has been repaired with caulking but the water was hot. Fair price for a tourist town. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great, family friendly, reasonably priced stay in Hershey. It was clean and safe with a free breakfast. The beds were comfy and the staff was lovely too. The only negative was that it was a little noisy in that it’s older and you can hear through the walls. It was all families, so as long as you don’t mind hearing kids running in rooms and halls first thing in the morning it’s ok, lol!

Overall stay was okay . Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. The rooms however…. The heating didn’t quite work well, the shower you had to turn the facet handle 360 to turn on.. then wait like 10 min for the water to be a temperature where you can actually get in. When you pull up on the toggle the whole down spout comes off. And the beds say a “queen size “ but are definitely a full size.

Nice but not clean
Rooms have been remodeled since our last visit and everything was very nice. The floor wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay however and there were visible wrappers, cheez its and even a used chapstick on the floor. We had to wear shoes anytime our feet hit the floor.

Front staff very nice. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Pool was FREEZING even my 7 year old wouldn’t swim in it. Thankful there was a hot tub which was lukewarm we could use.
