For three nights, the smoke detector in the hallway chirped all night despite being reported multiple times. On two separate days I needed to request bath towels as none were left. The breakfast area ran out of coffee leds. These are are simple managerial responsibilities to provide guidance, training, and adequate inventory. These details are important for guests.

Smell like smoke.. Stuffy with smoke. Had to buy my own air fresher. Floor was not clean had a screw on the floor. I was not HAPPY at all. Didn't have a good feeling at night.

The hot water does not work. Used bars of soap and hair everywhere. Manager Joaquin said he would document everything so i could receive a refund through hotels.com. Hotels.com said there is nothing they could do.

Good but shower and hot water need work
While I was able to get checked into my room fairly easily. I was a bit frustrated with the shower/bath. I waited 10 minutes for hot water that never did come and when I initially turned on the water some brown did come out of the spout which did put me off. I ended up not showering just because of the initial brown I saw.

This property was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. Had a nice variety, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and probably will.

We did not have anyone to clean our room, we arrive on Wednesday nobody clean our room until Saturday and we checked out on Monday. Also the room had broken lamp shade, the hallway window had a torn down curtain which didn’t look appealing, and the parking lot had big dump trucks taken up parking space. Someone with a young kid was over our room making loud noise running over our head we could sleep!
