We found roaches in the room, breakfast is mediocre, elevators and hallway smell bad, they tried to mask the smell with airfresheners to the point where you feel like throwing up, we won't be coming back to this hotel.

Our stay here was pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the rooms were clean. I really appreciate the free shuttle to the air port. My only complaint is the air freshener used in the common areas of the hotel is really strong and gave me a head ache, however it wasnt so bad in the room.

Hair in the bed. When I ask for another blanket I was told if you want one come get it. My daughter left her hate on accident and they refused to ship it. I even told them I would pay shipping. Very rude!!!!

I’ll start with I stepped on a human tooth in our room… The shuttle they said ran to the airport wasn’t running when we needed it so we had to call a Lyft. Front desk gal was young and did not care to help with anything.

Bad shuttle, front desk and cleaning sevice
Arrive at airport and called 3 times so i could get a shuttle with no response. Had to get an Uber. When leaving at 8:30am asked about a shuttle to airport and was told it didn't start till 10am. If you stay there be prepared to pay for transportation as there shuttle service is a joke. Hall way to rooms smelled like mold and mildew. Not sure why as this is an easy fix.
