The towels were dirty. Mattress cover had some kind of mucus on it. Bed skirt was covered in something I'm not even going to guess what. One of the four pillowcases was dirty. I didn't look any further than that. Checked out and requested my money back. That was more than enough for me n

Good location. Easy to access SHSU. I've stayed here a few times with no real issues. Air was off in the room (im sure to cut costs), and it takes a while for the room to cool down to a manageable temperature.
