I needed housing for a wok obligation at the Mayo Clinic. This checked off all my boxes. Great Location, Amenities, and Security I was looking for. Will be sure to book again if I'm back in the Jacksonville area.

The place is great! Very secure, in a beautiful part of town. The layout of the apartment is really nice. Big kitchen for a one bedroom apartment. The owner was very responsive. The only opportunity was there should be a guide with instructions for the place. While there I had to send messages asking about WiFi and how to dispose of garbage. I thought I could have easily found the pool but after walking around the floor, couldn’t find it. Maybe having an instructions book for guest may help.

Amazing stay. Great host!
The condo was perfect. Clean well socked. Super nice finishes. The complex was gorgeous. Felt like we were staying at a resort. Pools, work out facility, and game rooms were wonderful. Host was amazing with great communication. Was a little afraid based on the first review, but reached out tot he host and he explained that they had a power outage and had to cancel that first booking. This is definitely a 5 star place.

My trip was ruined because the host had no communication with me on check in and I had to call Vrbo to find out what was going on. Host cancelled 20 minutes before check in. Beware if you book with them.
