The check-in was less than great! Random dude chillin on the tailgate of his pickup pulled up in the awning area smoking cigs with front desk staff.. I had a “non-smoking” room that straightup smelled like a smoking room.. since I am a smoker.. I asked for a smoking room or if I could smoke in the one that smelled like it.. but was told NO, and there weren’t any available.. I had pets and asked for a room that might be less noisy.. I got put at the top of the stairs right by the lobby.. so basically lots of noise and traffic. Front desk staff that evening seemed annoyed with anything I asked.. However, the room was clean besides the smell, overall the stay was ok. I WILL say the morning staff was much more professional and friendly.. aware and attentive. Breakfast was decent. Overall I’d say it was an ok stay, but I probably will not be back.

Its off the beaten path, in a very secluded area. We felt totally safe, and would be super happy to go back and stay again. Breakfast was convient and delicious.

Needs a lot of maintenance. Our sliding glass door was a mess and broke. Outlets were old and some sparked. Hair dryer was broken. Bath tub was very slippery, I fell. Carpet was dirty, my socks were ruined. Breakfast was decent. No problem with ice machine. Beds comfortable.

Our complaints with the Quality Inn of Falconer were 1) that our room smelled like mold and mildew when we first walked in. We opened the sliding glass doors and aired it out. We also bought air freshening spray to cover up the odor. We would advise the management to either have all the carpets and upholstery shampooed or replaced. 2) The sliding glass windows, that opened directly to the parking lot, made us feel unsafe and vulnerable to a break-in. Other than that, we found the facilty to be conveniently located, and adequately furnished. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Getting back on the freeway for the next leg of our trip was easy from here. It was a good value for the money.

Rundown, outdated motel. Do not recommend.

This place is never had an update, rundown, might be worth $40 to stay in a place like this. Smallest most uncomfortable toilet. Burn marks everywhere, worn out furniture, worn out tub and bath. Employees lounging around outside smoking all the time. Completely filthy and dirty windows. Outlets are loose. Using fluorescent bulbs that are probably 25 years old. Air conditioner is very noisy. I don't know how these places going away with what they do. I'm amazed at hotels.vom actually lets them list on their site.

Hotel is in need of updates. I didn’t want a smoking room but bc I requested early check in that’s what they gave me. Reeked. Came home and all of my clothes had to be washed 3x.

I felt bad for Carey the receptionist as she was by herself when I checked in and was cleaning the breakfast room…had to leave that task and come check me in. Found the ice machine but no vending machines. Remote for the TV didn’t work. A lot of money for sub-par basic overnight accommodations.
