Let me start first with a very impolite people that are working on the front desk whenever we ask any questions. Second off all is the room cleaning, out of 4 nights we stayed the room was cleaned only once. Third is the bathroom, the water pressure was so low and the ceiling was disgusting. Over all for the experience we had it’s definitely not worth to be called a Hyatt hotel because it’s ruining the reputation of other Hyatt hotels that we stayed in. Better avoid it at all costs, don’t believe the nice reviews out there.

Right next to highway and insulation needs upgraded. Slept for 4-6hrs each night due to hearing all the early AM traffic. Won’t stay here ever again.
