Staff was so nice, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. It’s a dated hotel but very clean. It doesn’t have an elevator. If you need one, make sure you let them know you need the 1st floor. I stayed here for the close proximity to the Tesla superchargers. There’s lots of options for dining/shopping nearby. Would stay there again!

Very clean, comfy beds and restroom had a nice shower. The staff were helpful and nice. I really wish all these hotels would figure out the lighting in the bathroom, it's horrible. My only complaint ; )

Okay, could of been better!

The room had a dead spider on the wall, someone killed, the cleaning crew should of wiped it off! Very obvious! I also heard the cleaning crew talking about a spider in a room that they both agreed they would not touch! No elevator, my hips hurt walking from lobby to the other end of the building!

Great customer service

The front desk person, Zack was very friendly and welcoming. He even came out and took a picture of all of us before we went to an event in the area. It was a bit warm in the hallways but our room was nice and clean and the AC worked well.

Clean but microwave didnt work and usb port didnt work, i had to buy an adapter to charge phone in outlet. Stayed 2 nights and got locked out of room on day 2, due to a clerical error.
