Includes central A/C in all rooms of the condo, remodeled master shower, full kitchen supplied with everything you need for cooking and serving, full-sized washer & dryer, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, water toys, boogie boards, towels, cooler, NO Snorkel gear due to Covid 19), high-speed WiFi, Premuim cable on 47" & 32" TVs, bedroom ceiling fans, plus floor fan. Bonus items are Pack n' Play crib, Child-size blow-up beds with electric inflator. On site swimming pool and hot tub currently being renovated expected completion date is December 11, 2023.

All 5 of us were impressed with the condo, lots of room for everyone.They had all the essentials, including beach gear. Condo was spotless when we arrived. Located in a perfect location in Kihei.Beach was just a short walk right the street.Walking distance to many restaurants.The pool was a short walk from the unit.Parking was in an idea location.

Overall, everything was as promised on the listing. I was a little confused with the check in process but was able to communicate with the manager with no issues. They replied with the information needed right away. The only thing that was a shame is that the coffee machine is a little old and doesn’t make great coffee. There was also no tea kettle.

This was a great condo, easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. It was clean, quiet and very well stovked. The only thing to be aware of is that the elevator does not stop on the floor where the condo is. Prepare to walk up at least a half a flight of stairs to get to the condo.

Family with kiddos under the age of 8 was rough during meal time as the chairs around the island was a bit high for them. All and all we managed and had a great time. The pool was nearby and so was the beach. Condo had pretty much supplied all our needs. Mahalo until next time!

Very impressive communication from start to finish! All the things we needed were already there and it was very clean! The complex is quiet and friendly. Lots of shops, groceries, restaurants, etc very close by with a short walk and the beach entrance was just a very, very short walk away. The beach was beautiful, sandy, and not at all jam packed, lots of space. We were approached by turtles in the water no less than 6 times while in the water! Amazing! It was our first Hawai’i trip and our first VRBO, the bar is at the highest possible level after this trip! We will stay here again and again to build more memories!

This space was wonderful for my family for our 8 day stay. Right across the street from the beach and next door to the Kihei Cafe! The beach gear was a great addition! Only thing was the squeeky bed. Made it hard to sleep as when you roll over it makes a bunch of noise. But other than that this place was fantastic

Forget Disney HERE IS THE MAGIC
I actually was not going to comment for I was trying to keep this place secret 😂This was our first VRBO experience. It was myself, my husband, my six-year-old son and my eight-year-old daughter. WE ARE COMING BACK!! This condo was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! So many extras (beach bags, aloe gel, ice trays) A binder with very helpful information about the area. Who needs google! This family vacation made each each one of us smile. Hawaii is great, but the location and this condos amenities was perfect for us. Thank you for taking the time to making this Vrbo a home. The location is a short distance from all things wonderful!! See you soon!

Amazing location
The condo was appropriately decorated in a beach theme. The public beach access was across the street and down a block from this condo. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. We loved staying at this unit and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your property with us during our first time visit to Maui.
