This charming corner townhome is located in the heart of Puamana. It features a spacious kitchen, Berber carpeting, glass block accents, an expansive kitchen garden window, and tropical decor. The home’s corner position allowed for new kitchen designs and additional lighting during the renovation. Many returning guests express their appreciation for the sunny southern orientation and the convenient access to the pool and ocean. It's hard to find a better value in Maui for scenery and location than this exceptional one-bedroom garden view home.

We are fortunate that this beautiful property and the entire south shore of Puamana were unharmed by the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has reopened this area, confirming that all utilities, including water, have been thoroughly tested by the EPA and are in safe condition. As a result, we can safely welcome guests back to enjoy the unique, low-rise oceanfront lifestyle of Maui, which features beautiful greenbelts adorned with palm trees along the shimmering blue Pacific Ocean.

At Puamana, you can enjoy a refreshing pool, tennis courts, pickleball, three surf breaks, and a seasonal golden sand beach nestled among palm-filled lawns. Experience stunning sunsets and star-filled skies while relaxing in your tropical privacy, away from the crowds and high-rise hotels. You’ll still be close to world-class golf, water sports, unique shopping, and fabulous dining experiences, all near the amenities of the Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts. Everything we used worked as it should plenty of essentials coffee every morning on patio with a small view of ocean bought some groceries at nearby safeway saved some time and money had a gas grill ready to go but didnt use it my 3 daughters rented 2 places there we were all within a couple of minutes from each other having a quiet beach and 3 pools made it fun for all going into town was easy as well as exploreing the island.Only thing I could knock was no window coverings in both bath rooms it would take a little effort to peek in but could use a little more privacy bay window was uncovered which made that part of house warmer No a/c in that area but the fans made it comfortable bedroom had a/c nice there I consider 4 stars overall but with all the fun we had and convinece will go with 5 plan on being back This place is great for a couple only

This is one of our favorite places to come and stay. Great neighborhood. Great property management company. Home had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots and pans and all the utensils you could possibly need. We really appreciate having access to the beach chairs at the house, umbrellas, and beach toys.

Great experience
The property is great and made our stay perfect. Two patio doors in the living room and bedroom. A wonderful patio. The whole house was great. Is in a beautiful, safe and quiet community. Also was a short walk or bike ride to Lahaina. Would absolutley stay here again.

Mahalo Puamana and Maui
We lived in Puamana 4 years ago and wanted to come see some friends and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Puamana is a beautiful quiet gated area just a short walk to the fun Front Street. Puamana has 3 pools you can choose from, a tennis court and now a pickleball court! Unit 80-4 was perfect for my husband and I, The unit was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the unit and would definitely stay here again!

House is as in a great location and perfect to accommodate the overflow family members of our group also staying in property. Amenities could be updated and had some issues with the “ resident pets” but all and all the stay went well.

Good location, but condo needs an update
Very affordable for Puamana. However, the furniture is outdated and the Internet and WiFi did not work when we were there. The management company was very responsive and allowed out to log into the WiFi of a nearby unit, but that only worked in 1/2 of the apartment. But if you're looking for a bargain in a very nice gated community, this is the listing for you.

Great Location!
We had a great time staying here on our vacation. The place was very clean. When we visited Lahina was very busy making it difficult to find a dinner reservation, so the gas grill on the patio was a very nice addition to our stay.

Unit needs AC in the living room and kitchen area. Had a very hard time keeping the unit cool due to the location of the AC. Also, needs new pots and pans. Several of the fry pans were scratched and not usable.
