The slide at the pool was a hit with my daughter. London bridge is right there, with plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping under the bridge. Front desk was really accommodating and allowed pre check-in which gave us access to pool area early while we waited for our room.

The hotel staff was amazingly accommodating and helpful with a smile. The pool was lovely and had the perfect temperature. My only complaint is the tiny fitness room and only few equipment Otherwise, perfect vacation spot
