We had a pleasant stay. I had informed them through the website and with two calls before our stay to confirm room type and reservation and let them know we would need the sofa bed, but when we arrived after a 12 hr drive and finally got the kids ready for bed at 11pm we were annoyed to find the sofa bed was not made up and there was not any bedding in the room, I had to go back down to the front desk to get them myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the free breakfast options, it included make-your-own waffles, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurts, cereals, fruits, and bakery items. Our room was clean except for the bathroom floor was really dirty. We kept getting little pebbles and what looked like mud in the bathroom and by the third day I finally realized it was the dirt in the grout coming up. I don't think they had swept or mopped that floor in a long time. We asked for housekeeping service the third day and unfortunately didn’t get it. We had the suite with 2 adults and 4 kids so our trash was full, we had a lot of dirty towels and a few pool towels and we were out of toilet paper. Overall though, I would stay again, it was adequate for the price.

Location, Location, Location

Hotel was in a great location. Close to NMSU. Elevator was dirty inside. Breakfast was almost gone by 7:30AM most of the dishes were completely empty. Friendly staff.

It was in poor condition. Everything looks run down and old. Really outdated and I found a roach in my room. Absolutely will not be staying here again. Plus there was a lot of homeless roaming and entering the lobby. Did not like that at all.
