The room smelled terrible! Like wet, dirty rag the the shower was clogged, the water didn’t drain after showering, called the front desk & when we came back up to the room they just took off the stopper & it was all rusty & yelllw!

I stay here frequently for business as I own a property in the Winchester neighborhood which is just to the west and a bit north of Boulder Station. I love the convenience with parking right on the side of the hotel elevators - so you don't need to do the casino maze unless you want to. Staff has always been friendly and responsive.
